Thank you for registering for Kilimo Marathon, operated by Shambadunia Limited. We offer a full money-back guarantee on payments made through this website, on the terms below.

Full refund within 14 days

  • You are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of paying, no questions asked.
  • Your request must reach us at least 14 days before the event, i.e. before 2 October 2027 for Kilimo Marathon 2027 (16 October 2027).
  • After 14 days from payment, or within 14 days of the event, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

How to ask

Write to marketing@kilimomarathon.co.tz or call +255 754 222 800 / +255 766 300 777. Give your name, the phone number you registered with and your ticket code (KH-XXXXXX).

Money goes back the way you paid (mobile money or card). A refunded ticket is cancelled.

If the event is postponed or cancelled

If we postpone or cancel the event, we will tell you by phone or email and offer you the choice of keeping your ticket for the new date or getting a refund.
